Galaksi Clover

Galaksi Clover is a decoratively shaped LED pendant that takes its name from the clover leaf. That is what separates it from the geometric products in the range: rather than a regular figure such as a circle, square or triangle, it draws an organic silhouette of rounded lobes joined together. It moves the luminaire beyond a lighting element into a decorative object in the space.

The product is manufactured in a single code. PL8SY15C draws 19 W and delivers a luminaire output flux of 1,850 lm; width is 539 mm, outer dimension 494 mm, body height 94 mm and weight 5.5 kg. Since its size and power place it among the smallest types in the range, it is conceived to accent a point or to build a composition when hung in groups, rather than to light a room on its own.

The measured power figure allows the luminaire to hang close to eye level, and over café tables, display cabinets and reception desks that proximity also matters for reading the detail of the form. The aluminium body is offered in white and black; the converter is a long-life, low-power, ENEC-compliant constant current type. LED modules from LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA are rated at 60,000 hours. The suspension uses 1 mm braided steel cable and nickel-plated brass parts with adjustable drop. Suitable for shopping malls, markets, offices, meeting rooms, living rooms, waiting lounges, stores, hospitals, schools, corridors, restaurants and cafés, hotel lobbies, reception areas and showrooms.
