Galaksi Dolunay Surface Mounted

Galaksi Dolunay Surface Mounted is the variant of the disc-form Dolunay body that fixes directly to the ceiling surface. Unlike the pendant models it uses no suspension components; the luminaire sits against the ceiling. No clear height is given up and no additional support structure is needed on concrete soffits. Where there is no suspended ceiling, or where a pendant would compromise circulation safety, it carries the visual language of the Dolunay family through.

The product is manufactured in fifteen codes across five diameters: 360, 470, 600, 900 and 1200 mm, each offered in three steps. PL8UD36K12C opens the range at 16 W and 1,740 lm in 360 mm; PL8UD120K14C closes it at 243 W and 27,945 lm in 1200 mm. Intermediate values include 23 to 36 W and 2,815 to 3,995 lm at 470 mm, and 78 to 119 W with 9,865 to 14,000 lm at 900 mm. Body height is 94 mm across every type; weight ranges from 3.1 kg to 9.3 kg. Because power and flux match the pendant model exactly, areas needing pendant and surface mounting can be resolved on one lighting calculation.

The aluminium body is offered in white and black; the converter is a long-life, low-power, ENEC-compliant constant current type. LED modules from LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA are rated at 60,000 hours. Suitable for shopping malls, markets, offices, meeting rooms, living rooms, waiting lounges, stores, hospitals, schools, corridors, hotel lobbies, clinics, libraries, bank branches and public buildings.
