Galaksi Linear

Galaksi Linear is the member of the range that draws a straight line. Unlike the ring, oval and wave forms it runs along a single axis, for use where the line itself describes the space: corridors, rows of desks and long counters. Because units join end to end into continuous runs, the length of the line follows the dimensions of the room.

The product is manufactured in fifteen codes. Lengths are 598, 879, 1159, 1440, 1721, 2000, 2282, 2562 and 2843 mm. Lengths up to 2282 mm carry two LED densities, L15C and L25C: at 1440 mm, for instance, PL8SL15L15C gives 33 W and 3,705 lm while PL8SL15L25C reaches 51 W and 5,560 lm. The three longest lengths are offered in a single density; PL8SL10L15C gives 66 W and 7,410 lm at 2843 mm. Body width is 90 mm and height 73 mm; weight starts at 1.8 kg and reaches 7.6 kg.

Being the lightest product in the range with the narrowest power band is an advantage in layouts where many luminaires run side by side. The product page carries separate LDT and Revit files for each length, which means directly usable data for teams doing lighting calculations and BIM modelling. The aluminium body is offered in white and black, with LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA LED modules rated at 60,000 hours and an ENEC-compliant constant current converter.
