Galaksi O Textile Acoustic Recessed

Galaksi O Textile Acoustic Recessed combines an acoustic face with flush mounting. The textile-covered sound-absorbing surface sits level with the ceiling plane, so reverberation is controlled without introducing a suspended mass. In offices and healthcare buildings where clear height must be preserved but acoustic comfort is still expected, that dual function is decisive.

The product is manufactured in seven types. PL8AATO8L15C opens the range at 53 W and 5,170 lm in 820 mm; PL8AATO24L15C closes it at 158 W and 16,420 lm in 2275 mm. Intermediate sizes are 1000, 1175, 1355, 1520 and 1910 mm. Ceiling cut-outs are 807, 987, 1162, 1342, 1507, 1897 and 2262 mm respectively. Body height is 84 mm and weight ranges from 6.5 kg to 14.1 kg. Power, flux and dimensions match Galaksi O Recessed exactly, so rooms with and without an acoustic requirement can be resolved on a single lighting calculation.

The textile covering can be matched to the interior palette through colour selection and, in a recessed installation, forms a continuous texture with the ceiling surface. The carrier body is aluminium, offered in white and black, with LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA LED modules rated at 60,000 hours and an ENEC-compliant constant current converter.
