Galaksi O Vision

Galaksi O Vision is a ring-form LED pendant built around high efficacy at low power. What sets it apart from the rest of the range is its power band: across the same diameters it works between 10 W and 55 W rather than 26 W and 240 W, and in return reaches roughly 112 to 122 lm/W. That is the highest efficiency figure in the Galaksi O family.

The product is manufactured in ten types. PL8SOV4L15C opens the range at 10 W and 1,120 lm in 447 mm; PL8SOV24L15C closes it at 55 W and 6,720 lm in 2254 mm. Intermediate diameters are 620, 800, 980, 1155, 1335, 1500, 1890 and 2070 mm. Body width is 79 mm and height 73 mm; weight ranges from 5.1 kg to 19.7 kg. Unlike the other models a single drive level is offered, which simplifies type selection.

The measured light output lowers the risk of glare where the luminaire hangs close to eye level or is used in quantity. High efficacy means the same illuminance is reached with less energy; across an open-plan office running many luminaires at once, that difference shows up directly in running costs. The aluminium body is offered in white and black, with LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA LED modules rated at 60,000 hours and an ENEC-compliant constant current converter.
