Galaksi Trimless Dolunay Recessed

Galaksi Trimless Dolunay Recessed sets the disc form into a plasterboard ceiling without a frame. It differs from the standard recessed model in leaving no visible trim edge: the luminaire is plastered flush into the surface, so only the emitting circle reads on the ceiling. That detail is decisive in hotel lobbies, retail display areas and executive floors where the ceiling should be read as an uninterrupted plane.

The product is manufactured in nine codes across three diameters: 470, 600 and 900 mm, each offered in three steps. PL8ATD47K12C opens the range at 23 W and 2,165 lm in 470 mm; PL8ATD90K14C closes it at 119 W and 10,770 lm in 900 mm. At 600 mm the range runs from 36 to 57 W and 3,400 to 4,845 lm. Body height is 97 mm across every type; weight ranges from 5.2 kg to 7.2 kg. Flux figures sit somewhat below the standard recessed model because of the additional body depth frameless mounting requires; in return the result is a pure circle of light carrying no additional detail.

Frameless installation requires the ceiling works to be planned together with the luminaire. The aluminium body is offered in white and black; the converter is a long-life, ENEC-compliant constant current type. LED modules from LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA are rated at 60,000 hours. Suitable for shopping malls, markets, offices, meeting rooms, stores, hospitals, hotel lobbies, executive floors, showrooms, reception areas and restaurants and cafés.
