Simetri

Simetri Suspended is a linear LED pendant with the symmetric light distribution its name points to. At 104 mm wide the body strikes a middle course between narrow-profile pendants and broad panel luminaires: the emitting surface is wider than a single line, yet the luminaire stays measured enough not to form a bulky mass on the ceiling.

The product is manufactured in four codes. PL6S21L15C opens the range at 21 W and 2,140 lm in 628 mm; PL6S32L15C gives 33 W and 3,565 lm at 908 mm, PL6S43L15C 47 W and 4,990 lm at 1189 mm, and PL6S54L15C 60 W and 6,415 lm at 1469 mm. Body width is 104 mm across every type and height 48 mm; weight ranges from 1.3 kg to 2.5 kg. Efficacy sits in a band of roughly 102 to 108 lm/W.

Lengths stepping up in intervals of about 280 mm make it straightforward to proportion the luminaire to the furniture below: 628 mm answers a single desk naturally, 1469 mm a meeting table. The body is aluminium in an elegant design, offered in white and black. LED modules from LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA are rated at 60,000 hours; the converter is a long-life, ENEC-compliant constant current type. The suspension uses 1 mm braided steel cable and nickel-plated brass parts with adjustable drop, supplied with a transparent power cable and a ceiling-mounted junction box of considered design.
