Surface

Surface Mounted is a panel-form LED luminaire built for spaces without a suspended ceiling. It fixes directly to the ceiling surface, so no additional support structure is needed on concrete soffits and no clear height is given up. Office floors without a suspended ceiling, parts of school buildings and refurbishment projects answer that description directly.

The product is manufactured in eleven codes across five sizes: 300x300, 300x600, 300x1200, 600x600 and 600x1200 mm. These follow standard ceiling modules. The smallest type, PL11U11E06C, gives 14 W and 1,260 lm; the largest, PL11U24E06C, reaches 112 W and 9,520 lm. Intermediate sizes carry more than one power step: in the 600x600 mm body, for instance, 36 W, 42 W and 56 W are available. Body height is 64 mm across every type; weight ranges from 2.0 kg to 7.0 kg.

Offering several powers at one size lets illuminance be matched to the room type while the ceiling layout stays fixed: a corridor and an open-plan office can take the same panel size with only the step changing. The product page carries a separate LDT file for each type.

The body is electrostatically powder-coated sheet metal; the converter is a long-life, ENEC-compliant constant current type. LED modules from LUMILEDS, OSRAM, NICHIA and SEOUL are rated at 60,000 hours. Suitable for shopping malls, markets, offices, meeting rooms, living rooms, waiting lounges, stores, hospitals, schools, corridors, open-plan offices, libraries, universities and public buildings. Dimmable DALI driver and emergency kit are optional; UGR<19 glare control and CRI 90 colour rendering can also be supplied on request.
