As PAMİR ELEKTRİK SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.;

 Within the scope of our activities covering the design, development, production and sales of LED lighting fixtures, acoustic lighting fixtures, industrial lighting fixtures, Exproof (explosion-proof) lighting fixtures, custom-designed lighting fixtures, globe fixtures and wall-mounted (applique) fixtures;

* In order to maintain and strengthen our position among the leading and reliable organizations in the lighting sector, we will continuously develop and improve the quality of our products and services by considering customer demands and expectations as well as market conditions,

* We will continuously improve our system by providing all necessary resources to increase the effectiveness of our quality management system,

* We will take all necessary measures to reduce environmental impacts and pollution that may arise during our activities, protect the environment and ensure the efficient use of natural resources,

* In line with sustainability principles, we will reduce energy and natural resource consumption, minimize waste generation, support recycling practices and carry out activities aimed at reducing our carbon footprint,

* By increasing energy efficiency in our production and operational processes, we will reduce greenhouse gas and carbon emissions and promote environmentally friendly and high-efficiency product designs,

* We will prioritize a sustainable and environmentally responsible procurement approach in our sourcing processes,

* During our activities, we will identify and control risks that may contribute to climate change or negatively affect biodiversity and ecosystems, and act with a responsible production and service approach,

* In line with the “people first” principle, we will take the necessary measures to prevent injuries, health deterioration and environmental pollution for all our employees, customers and visitors,

* While carrying out all our activities, we will comply with relevant primary and secondary legislation requirements, customer requirements and applicable standards; and support consultation and participation of our employees and employee representatives,

* With our experienced staff, we aim to identify and meet customer needs and expectations fully and on time, and continuously increase customer satisfaction,

* In order to ensure the protection of occupational health and safety, continuous improvement of environmental performance and combating climate change in all our activities, we will act in accordance with the internal and external context of our organization, the needs and expectations of interested parties, and risks and opportunities,
