Galaksi Freedom Recessed

Galaksi Freedom Recessed is the flush-mounted counterpart of the modular Freedom system. Arc and straight modules join end to end on the same logic, but sit within the ceiling rather than hanging from it. The freedom to draw shapes is thereby carried into spaces where clear height must be preserved; corridors, open-plan offices and educational buildings answer that arrangement directly.

The system comprises four main module families. The 180° arcs are offered in nine steps from PL8A180F4L15C to PL8A180F16L15C, opening at 26 W and 2,965 lm and reaching 105 W and 11,856 lm, with dimensions from 800 mm to 2950 mm. The 90° arcs cover nine steps between 14 and 66 W and 1,485 to 7,410 lm. The 45° arcs give 8 to 33 W and 745 to 3,705 lm across five steps. Straight modules carry the PL8ALF code and are produced in ten lengths from 282 mm to 2810 mm. Seven further special parts are prepared for circle, triangle, clover and corner junctions. Body width is 84 mm and height 84 mm; weight ranges from 1.5 kg to 8.6 kg.

Carrying the same power and flux figures as the pendant Freedom means pendant and recessed mounting can be resolved on a single lighting calculation within a project. The aluminium body is offered in white and black; the converter is a long-life, low-power, ENEC-compliant constant current type. LED modules from LUMILEDS, OSRAM and NICHIA are rated at 60,000 hours.
